Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your order before the product has been printed. In case of cancellation before printing, the entire order amount will be refunded to the bank accounts from which the order was placed.

You can cancel an order by sending us an email at support@printclub.in or calling us at +91 93618 06311.

Please note that the order, once printed, cannot be canceled as these are personalized products and cannot be reused.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

If the product is damaged during transit, we will assist you with a reprint or refund. For claiming such a reprint or refund, you need to inform us about the damage within 24 hours of delivery, along with a proof such as an image or video, so that it will be easier for you to make a claim with the shipping service provider.

PRINTING ISSUES

If the product is misprinted or printed in poor quality, we shall help you with a reprint or refund. Again, to claim a reprint or refund, you need to inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with a proof such as an image or video so that it helps us correct ourselves and make sure the mistake does not repeat itself.

RETURN POLICY

For Damaged or Misprinted products, we shall process the reprint on priority and ship the products before the same production timeline as seen on the Product Page while placing the order.

REFUND POLICY

Your refund will be initiated by us within 2 business days of receiving the refund request and if it fits in any of the above said criteria. Your refund is estimated to be credited in our portal's store credit, where you can use that value for your future orders.
